Harrisburg police charged Angela Figueroa, 37, with aggravated assault after the Sunday shooting.
Angela Figueroa, 37, of Harrisburg, shot a 28-year-old man around 12:20 p.m. Sunday on Hanover Road, police said. Lt. Kyle Gautsch on Monday said the man is expected to recover.
Gautsch said the shooting appeared to have stemmed from a domestic dispute, but the investigation is ongoing. Figueroa is charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and possession of a firearm without a license. She is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning in front of Magisterial District Judge Paul Zozos.
