Aleigha Horn, 29, faces charges of capital murder and aggravated robbery in connection with the July 8 slaying of Inayath Syed, according to police. It was unclear whether she has an attorney.About 5:45 a.m. July 8, officers were dispatched to the store in the 300 block of South Marsalis Avenue, near East 12th Street, where police said Syed was an employee.Syed, who was initially taken to the hospital in critical condition, died Monday.
