A Texas woman has been arrested after making racist remarks and attempting to drown a 3-year-old girl at an apartment complex pool , according to police.said officers responded on May 19 to a call at an apartment complex pool regarding a disturbance between two women.
The child's mother told police Wolf questioned where she was from and if the two children playing at the pool were hers. Wolf allegedly also made statements about the mother not being American.states in a news release the children are Muslim and that the mother was wearing a hijab, or Islamic headscarf, and modest swimwear.
When the mother jumped into the pool to save her children, her 6-year-old son was able to escape but her 3-year-old daughter's head was forced underwater, according to the council.
