An endangered missing person alert was issued Tuesday night by the CBI for a woman who was forced into a vehicle in Aurora.
The CBI identified a suspect as Lance Foster, 43, a white male who is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 190 pounds, with blue eyes. He is bald or has brown hair. Meise is described as a white female with blue eyes, brown hair, 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 135 pounds. The Lincoln has Colorado plates — BTMA53.
Anyone who spots the Lincoln, Meise or Foster, or who knows of their whereabouts, is asked to call 911 or the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office at 303-795-4711. Alert: Jessica Meise, blue eyes, brown hair, 5'03"/135lbs, was last seen July 25 being forcibly kidnapped/abducted at 26000 E Quincy Ave in Aurora, CO by 43-year-old, white, male, Lance Foster, bald or brown hair, blue eyes, 5'10"/190lbs. .
