Police are asking anyone who was driving in the area to come forward
Police have launched an appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage after a woman reported a rape in an alleyway in Accrington.
He is believed to have got out of of a Silver Honda car in Norfolk Street before the attack. Police are now asking anyone who might have been in the area at the time to come forward, particularly in the might have dashcam footage from around the time the incident occurred.In a statement, Lancashire Police said: "We are appealing for information following a report of rape in Accrington. Between 10pm and 10.
"The victim is being supported by trained officers. An investigation is underway and anyone with information is urged to contact police.
