A 22-year-old woman in North West London killed in a car crash on Christmas Day has been named by police.
A 22-year-old woman, named as Maria Carolina Do Nascimento Migel, died after a car she was travelling in was involved in a collision on Christmas Day Maria Carolina Do Nascimento Migel, 22, from Brazil, died after the car she was travelling in was involved in a crash along the Hendon Way by Brent Cross in northwest London shortly before 4am last Sunday.
The collision happened after officers on patrol indicated for a car to stop, only for the vehicle to drive off unpursued.Four men were later arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and fleeing the scene of a collision after making off on foot. London Ambulance Service attended the crash site but, despite their best efforts, Ms Migel sadly died at the scene.
The male driver in the same car as her suffered a head injury but the Metropolitan Police have said his condition is not serious.
