ICYMI: WolfPack creator JeffDavis (TeenWolf) shared a preview image from ParamountPlus' SarahMichelleGellar-starring series with the caption, 'It's not a spin-off.'
\nEarlier this week, we had a chance to check in with Paramount+'s Wolf Pack star & executive producer Sarah Michelle Gellar as she explained during the Television Critics Association press event what it was about writer & executive producer Jeff Davis' script that won her over. But this time around, it's Davis who's checking in via social media to set straight some assumptions folks still have about Wolf Pack being a spinoff of Teen Wolf.
So when I read the script [for 'Wolf Pack'], and I spoke to Jeff [Davis], we discussed the issues he wanted to tackle, mainly anxiety and depression among children, specifically having to do with their use of devices and the lack of connectivity. It's something that I think about all the time, and it's so prominent.
