The semifinal round of the Women's National Basketball Association playoffs has arrived and there are four teams left. The league-leading New York Liberty, the defensive juggernaut Connecticut Sun, the Commissioner's Cup winners versatile Minnesota Lynx, and the reigning champion Las Vegas Aces.These four teams have gone to separate themselves from the pack throughout the season and swept their way to the semifinal round to face their toughest opponents so far.
New York opted to start their excellent 6-foot-4 rookie Leonie Fiebich over Courtney Vandersloot during the Atlanta series to better match with the Dream's size which may be a crucial adjustment against the Aces' backcourt, especially considering that Plum is the smallest guard on the court at 5-foot-8.If the Aces backcourt can knock down shots and defend at the high level they have before they could take the series.
