Two people were shot near the Apollo Theater in Harlem on Tuesday. Police say at least one of those victims was an innocent bystander. DaveCarlinTV reports.
"What I did, I crossed the street, I went down and see the young man laying down. He was bleeding a little bit profusely, so stop the blood.
So you have to tie to stop the blood, but I put my hand on it, and I had two other people there, two at the time, a young man and a young woman. She took her shirt off and I just try to tie it as best I can. The young man, I tried to tie the knot. The knot popped out, so I told him to squeeze it and twist it, and I tried to tie another knot on it and stopped the blood, so I did what I could," witness Bruce Bobbitt said.
