But Gov. Josh Shapiro's Administration has dropped the idea of tolling the Interstate 83's South Bridge to pay for reconstruction.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said Thursday it’s resumed work on a revised environmental assessment for replacement of Interstate 83′s John Harris Memorial Bridge - also known to many as the South Bridge - over the Susquehanna River in Dauphin and Cumberland counties.
