Bradley, 50, faces aggravated theft by decision charges along with two other employees – Randy Dewarick Burden, 47, the system’s former public service supervisor; and Teresa Evett Lewis, 52, who was physical operations manager. Nia Bradley’s attorney, Jason Darley, said he expects that federal prosecutors will take the lead. But he added that even by the standards of federal investigations, which tend to be methodical, this one has taken longer.
