Residents and drivers across a swathe of the country have been warned to brace for fierce winter storms that may make travel 'impossible' due to heavy snow.Officials at the National Weather Service have issued a series of 'winter storm warnings' that cover areas across the five states of Montana, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Alaska.
