Road conditions are deteriorating in the Hudson Valley and Capital Region, according to the New York State Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services. Schenectady, Dutchess, Ulster and Hamilton counties have issued travel bans.Monday night in advance of the nor'easter. Officials were asking people to stay off the roads.
