While it's far from a blockbuster storm by regional standards, parts of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut saw some accumulating snow overnight.
ORANGE, ROCKLAND COUNTIES MOBILIZES EMERGENCY RESPONSE WORKFORCE
- All level 2 state employees whose job duties cannot be performed via telework should not report to work in-person. "The concern is they don't know the plow route so they have to learn their plow route. But we had a few salt jobs early in the season that they were able to salt the route and not worry about clearing the road," Bob Milone, Clarkstown Superintendent of Highways, said.
