Wingstop plans to move its headquarters south from Addison to Dallas' One West Village building along North Central Expressway.

The restaurant operator and franchisor plans to take space in a high-rise along North Central Expressway near Uptown.

The signage has since been removed.franchisor and restaurant operator will lease 112,000 square feet space in One West Village, the office building formerly known as the Richards Group building that sits along southbound North Central Expressway.

“The Dallas area has been our home for nearly 30 years and we are excited about our new headquarters in the heartbeat of Dallas in Uptown, which positions us for the next phase of growth for our brand,” said Upshaw.The company will take down the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th floors with a 13-year lease term.Another office building to rise within Crescent Fort Worth development
