Schrager made as many 'jokes' about California as one could conceivably cram into a sentence.
As far as actual football analysis goes, Schrager believes the 49ers’ star power and coaching will be enough for the 49ers to spring the upset despite having the inferior quarterback. He favorably compared the Niners to the 2007 Giants, 2010 Packers and 2020 Buccaneers.
“I’m taking the 49ers, I’m taking the miracle run,” he said. “And I think Monday morning, we may be talking about Aaron Rodgers’ future a little too soon.”
