The King's first Christmas: Windsor Castle's festive revamp as Charles leads celebrations
As King Charles III prepares for his first Christmas as our new monarch without his mother Queen Elizabeth II, Windsor Castle will be undergoing a big festive revamp for the family's celebrations.
Many will be tuning in to watch Charles give his first Christmas broadcast, which was previously carried out by the Queen after the royal tradition was started by King George V. But this year will be quite the change, according to Jennie. She said: "It will be full of nostalgia and some good measure of sadness.
