Winds will be steady at 15 to 25 mph and gusts could reach 50 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

The advisory is expected to remain in effect until 2 p.m. Thursday for Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull counties. The Weather Service ways winds will be steady at 21 to 28 mph for much of the day. The forecast is calling for rain during the morning but ending by early afternoon. However, it will remain cloudy and there is a good chance of rain showers overnight.
