” Winners will claim Tablo™ Total System at Prize at KNXV-TV, 515 North 44th Street, Phoenix, AZ, 85008 M-F between 9AM – 4PM MT, no later than 4pm on November 1, 2024. Winner will be asked to fill out tax forms, waiver and confirm cell phone number. To claim VIP passes, each winner will receive a text with a link to register for passes. They will be redirected to a webpage with a form to submit personal info . There will be waivers on the webpage that they will e-sign.
