a secure and trustworthy digital wallet for all Europeans. Under that new law, digital wallets will allow citizens to link their national digital identities with proof of other personal attributes . Citizens can prove their identity and share electronic documents from their digital wallets via their mobile phones. Users remain in control of the digital credentials in their wallets to ensure that only information that needs to be shared will be shared.
