JOHANNESBURG - It's the stuff of nightmares for Senzo Meyiwa's family.Judge Tshifiwa Maumela, who has been presiding over the case, has now been suspended, for being tardy with his other judgments and if a new judge is assigned to the trial, witnesses who have already testified, could be recalled.
Legal experts agree that those witnesses would be required to go through their testimony, all over again.
