After Ohio’s legislature failed this week to meet a deadline to change state law to ensure that President Joe Biden can get on the state’s presidential ballot, the courts appear to be the next logical option to fix the problem,. But legal experts said that could carry some of its own risk.
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is ditching an app it spent nearly $1 million developing from the ground up in favor of an existing app provided by another company.that the state will work with Trailhead Labs, paying the company around $716,000 over nine years to help adapt its OuterSpatial trail mapping app for use in Ohio. The app will replace the DETOUR app, which launched just three years ago.
