By the end of that month the numbers had hit the 2-million mark.
In the same way that tech has allowed an existing game to be reimagined, it can be used to generate new solutions to old problems. Important business decisions rely on accurate data — but this doesn’t exist in the CRE sector at present. Ask 10 CRE professionals about something simple, like the percentage of total vacancies in a commercial property node, and you’ll likely get 10 different answers.It doesn’t have to be this way; tech can disrupt the unwieldy CRE leasing process, and do so by leveraging existing solutions.
