The Spanish Fort linebacker tore his labrum in Friday night’s 8-3 victory over Theodore. It’s the same shoulder injury that ended his sophomore season at Mobile Christian.the family is awaiting word on a possible surgery date later this week. They also haven’t talked with Spanish Fort coach Chase Smith about the injury and Dixon’s future playing status since Friday night.
