Just being aware of when I get my number called out there and make a play.” Of the five wide receivers who had receptions last season for the Bills, only one returns – Khalil Shakir, who had 39 for 611 yards and two touchdowns. Among the missing is Pro Bowler Stefon Diggs, who had 107 receptions for 1,183 yards and eight touchdowns, and Gabriel Davis, who had 45 receptions for 746 yards and seven touchdowns in 2023.
The Bills also have collected a group of veteran wide receivers, including Chase Claypool, KJ Hamler, Mack Hollins, Andy Isabella and Marquez Valdes-Scantling. They combined for only 56 receptions in 2023, with Valdes-Scantling getting 21 with the Kansas City Chiefs.
