Utah Red Rocks coach Carly Dockendorf has embraced social media. Here's why.

The coach’s efforts to motivate her team have apparently worked: Utah bounced back Friday with a comfortable win at Arizona.

“I think I’ve just kind of used that as another way to build those relationships and remind them of how amazing that they’re doing and continue to build up their confidence anywhere I can,” Dockendorf said. “I think we did a pretty good job rising to the occasion and really putting in the work this week,” McCallum said. “It is exhausting and it does take more out of you. But in the end, I think it’s going to be so worth it. It’s going to set us up so much better at the end of the season.”Until then, Dockendorf will be motivating her gymnasts on the mat and online.
