No tram services will be running across the region until 10.30am
No trams are running across Greater Manchester for several hours this morning due to a network-wide 'shutdown'.
In a post on Twitter on Saturday night, Metrolink said: "Don't forget there will not be a normal service in place until 10.30am tomorrow due to a network-wide shut down." "Trams will begin to leave the depot at 9am, however it will not be until 10.30am before normal service is resumed as there's a lot of ground to cover.
