It's easy to follow because I actually want to.

My Monday-night workout truly sets the tone for my week ahead and puts me on track to do more workouts later. When you start the week feeling accomplished and positive, you want to keep that going, right? By the middle of the week, I’m craving those feel-good vibes again, and so I want to exercise and will actually try to make time for it.

Even when I’m really not in the mood to work hard on a Monday, I know I’ll end up thanking myself throughout the rest of the week for sticking to my rule and making it a priority. Lots of rules can feel limiting; mine feels freeing. The best way to make following a rule effortless? Find one you really don't want to break.
