And you…may notice something missing there.coming to Xbox One in addition to the other platforms, and that has left many fighting fans upset. All past Marvel vs. Capcom games have launched on Xbox , so what…is going on here?
No one seems to know with 100% certainty, and it’s being seen as a bad look for both Capcom and Xbox, Capcom as they apparently don’t want to do some sort of extra work or make some separate deal to come to Xbox, and Xbox because they weren’t able to convince Capcom to do so.
The Xbox One is estimated to have sold almost 60 million units in its lifetime, many of which are still routinely played as this generation has retained many millions of players from previous generations. Many have been complaining on social media that Marvel vs. Capcom is skipping their platform of choice after a long history with Xbox, and again, no one can fully explain why and it’s been up to fans to theorize. It’s not a good look for anyone.
