My trip may have been derailed by coronavirus, but I vowed to come up with a brisk Plan B. This would be to emerge fitter and healthier, if at all possible, from this hideous period of tragedy, stress, containment and restriction. It felt one concession too far to let corona make me tubby, listless and out of shape.
