Nobody needs to tell you how critical sleep is for your child. But the problem is: just how are you supposed to help a kid with ADHD get enough sleep?
The reality is that kids learn as much during sleep as they do when they’re awake. Sleep is when learning is actually consolidated.
It’s important to put both time and space boundaries around sleep, making it a special action that we want our kids to learn to do.
