Never change, Browns fans. Never lose that passion. But as the calendar turns to August, let’s remember that never in NFL history has a quarterback’s trajectory been determined this early. OK, maybe I’m exaggerating those knee-jerk evaluations. But so is anybody investing too much stock in the camp snippets
