.ayeshacurry has three kids, a Fitbit partnership, a restaurant, a new magazine, a new cookbook coming out, a foundation...the list goes on. Find out everything she does to destress and take time for herself.
I mean, there are a lot of new normals, but I wouldn’t dare complain. I would say we’re doing just fine, and kind of finding the silver linings and able to focus on self-care a little bit more—and focus on our children and really take the time to just engage with them on a daily basis, around the clock. There’s definitely bright spots.
I used to be the girl who would have a glass of wine before bed, or a half glass of wine, and that was a huge reason as to why I wasn’t sleeping great. Now when I do decide to have wine, I usually do it with dinner, and then I don’t do it after that. I found that I sleep a lot better. Water intake has been huge, for whatever reason. I don’t know what the science is behind it—obviously, you need water to survive—but when I drink more water, I find that I sleep a lot better.
How have you and Steph been taking time for your relationship when you’re home with three kids, 24/7? What does that routine look like for you?
