Despite being the Chosen One, Anakin Skywalker was not the most powerful Jedi in Star Wars, as that honor goes to Ahsoka Tano. The Star Wars prequel trilogy focused on Anakin's desire to become the most powerful Jedi, and while he became very strong in the Force, his lust for power drove him to the dark side.

She walked away from the Order, renounced certain Jedi practices afterward, and refused to train Grogu after what happened with Anakin. However, none of this could change that Ahsoka was a great Jedi at heart and far more powerful than Anakin ever was.
This dichotomy between Anakin and Ahsoka made them a great team and highlighted why they inevitably walked different paths. They shared many of the same traits and made similar choices, but their motives for doing so are what separated them. Ahsoka may have claimed that she wasn't a Jedi, but she still defended the light and understood what the Jedi meant to so many people.
However, one of Star Wars' core themes is that physical strength isn't what makes someone powerful, and Ahsoka demonstrated that exceptionally. She practiced the Jedi arts and fought for the light, but she also dared to walk a different path and call out the Jedi for their mistakes. She never allowed herself to fall into darkness or give up for long, something even the greatest Jedi Masters struggled with after Order 66.
