After he entered the portal in December, the Buckeyes pursued Ramsey. “Just seeing the culture, seeing the type of brand of football they play and just talking with Ryan Day,” Ramsey said of highlights from his discussions with Ohio State. “It was great to talk to him, pick his brain and see how I fit into that culture.”
McNutt is a product of Cleveland who attends Shaker Heights High School. His top five features Florida, Oregon, Texas A&M, Southern California and Ohio State. Prior to his former commitment date, the Ducks were the presumed favorite to land McNutt, according to various recruiting experts.
