“They slept in my house, they lived with me for two days,” Sabrina Strasser reveals on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.
Though Strasser didn’t film any scenes with them, she appreciates their involvement in the unscripted series. “I would love to work with them,” she tells us, noting that Mark Ballas and Derek Hough are among her favorite mirrorball champs. “We love them, they’re our idols as well. They’re beautiful dancers.”
The series follows these highly skilled amateurs as they invest time and money into their all-encompassing dedication to ballroom dance. “This is our lives. This is the dance world. We are friends, but not friends. Should I say frenemies?” Strasser teases. With reality TV notoriety on the horizon, Strasser is “manifesting” a future competing on “Dancing With the Stars” herself.With more eyes on the cutthroat Pro-Am ballroom competition circuit, Strasser is dreaming the exposure could lead to a future stint competing for the mirrorball trophy herself.
