Factoring in thousands of fraudulent entries, those five Republicans fell short of the necessary 15,000 signatures, according to the Bureau of Elections. The candidates, who were alsoto have 100 names from each of at least half of the state's congressional districts, were allowed to submit 30,000 signatures in total.
