Kelli Giddish is returning to Law & Order: Special Victims Unit — the very show where she met her husband, Beau Richards. Giddish, who is rejoining the SVU cast for season 27 as Sergkeeant Amanda Rollins, opened up about meeting Richards while chatting with Today on February 9, 2026.
While she didn't share the exact date she and Richards first met, she shared insight into the moment she knew their relationship had shifted, which all started when he worked as her driver. “We became friends and then it turned into something romantic,” she gushed at the time. “We still work there and we actually sneak in lunch every now and then.
