Whitney Boateng Joins WME as Music Agent

WME today announced that Whitney Boateng has joined the company as an agent in the music department, based in London.

Boateng was most recently a promoter at Live Nation. She previously launched ‘The Ends Festival,’ a predominantly Black music festival celebrating culture and art from across the African and Caribbean diaspora.

"The nearly sold-out event was praised for its authentic presentation, apt artist selection and astute interpretation of the modern Black British identity in turn setting a new precedent for the UK festival experience," a press release from WME reads. Boateng also co-founded the Bold Women Win Big foundation, a platform dedicated to empowering women with opportunities to develop their careers within the music and creative industry.
