This week’s White House Report Card finds President Joe Biden struggling with spiraling inflation, growing voter preference for Republicans in the upcoming election and mocked by Saturday Night Live.

But Democratic pollster John Zogby said it could be worse. California tried that for people such as Uber drivers and it backfired.

The Saudis say that Biden tried to get OPEC to delay its production cuts until after the election and OPEC turned him down. Meanwhile, desperately trying to keep gas prices from going over $5/gallon again, Biden is draining the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to the lowest level since the SPR was created in the 1980s. Nevertheless, gasoline prices are rising again and that won’t be good news for the Democrats in the election that’s less than four weeks away.
