The White House shared a pixelated image on social media, puzzling followers as some said it appeared to resemble President Trump.
Deputy Assistant to the President and White House Deputy Communications Director Kaelan Dorr reacted to the post on X with an eye emoji and another emoji resembling a purple monster or alien. The image was also posted to Instagram, and as of 4:28 p.
m. ET it has over 18,000 likes and over 2,700 comments. Instagram account anthony_graffeo777, who has over 90,000 followers, responded to the post saying,"This administration is quite literally a joke." Neither the posts on Wednesday night nor Thursday's included context or explanation, and it is immediately unknown if they were posted intentionally. The White House first posted two short, unexplained videos to its official X and Instagram accounts Wednesday night, later deleting the first clip and leaving a second glitch-style video live. In a video posted after 9 p.m. on Wednesday night, a woman's voice was heard saying,"It's launching soon, right?" Then another voice is heard partially answering,"Yes." The video camera was aimed toward the floor, pointed shoes were visible and the on-screen text reads,"sound on." In a follow-up post on the White House's official account, another video showing static on a screen and noises similar to a text message are heard.
