The White House provided a readout of President Joe Biden's Sunday morning phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during which he promised the United States's"full support" amid"unprecedented" terror attacks on the country carried out by Hamas.
The White House stated that the men will be in regular contact as Israel grapples with the attack and its implications. Per the official, Biden called King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan, whom he will also be staying in regular contact with. Asked about concerns about the terrorist group Hezbollah, based in Lebanon, launching its own attack on Israel and taking advantage of its vulnerable position, the senior White House official reiterated that strong warnings are being issued against any hostile entity attempting to take advantage.
