Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown is become the first person to have five straight games with 125-plus receiving yards.

Brown is in the middle of a stretch where he has had four straight games of eclipsing the 125-yard plus receiving yard mark, which Johnson was the only player to achieve that feat since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger.This season, Brown has caught 52 passes for 809 yards and three touchdowns.
“I’m working hard, and I’m doing the right things,” Brown said. “God has truly blessed me. Fortunately, I’m not really worried about it. I’m just trying to just go out and make the most of opportunities to play off of my teammates and try to get the win.” Looking back on Brown’s performance against the Commanders, he could be in line to break Johnson’s record after catching nine passes for 175 yards and two touchdowns, mostly against rookie cornerback Emmanuel Forbes. However, Brown looks at it in a different way, with Forbes now coming off the bench and the Commanders always playing the Eagles tough.
“It’s a change in cornerbacks, but these guys are going to play hard,” Brown said. “They know us, and we know them. That game went into overtime last time, and I’m expecting a heavyweight battle. I’m not going in there thinking we are just going to roll over on these guys. We have to execute on offense, play good on defense, and on special teams, too. All three phases. It’s a division game, so we do not take it lightly. We’re going to have to put our hard hat on.
