Brunch at Stephen Starr’s Union Market steakhouse showcases hearty plates like grilled ham with redeye gravy and Denver omelets. On New Year’s Day, it will follow the Southern tradition of serving black-eyed peas for good luck. ReserveChef Jeremiah Langhorne will serve an a la carte menu from 9 AM to 3 PM at his sunny French restaurant in Shaw. Go for the foie gras beignets.
