Universal’s monster movie Renfield is set to scare up the box office after its April 14 theatrical premiere, but when will it release on streaming? Renfield is Universal’s latest Dracula adaptation that serves as a sequel to the studio's classic 1931 movie starring Bela Lugosi, but this modern horror-comedy focuses on the vampire’s loyal yet tortured titular henchman.

Movie, the Dracula film is expected to be a hit at the box office. Renfield also already boasts positive reviews from critics and widespread anticipation for the bloody brilliant vampire performance of Oscar winner Nick Cage.
Renfield Will Likely Begin Streaming On Peacock In June Universal has a deal with Peacock to stream its new movies within four months of their theatrical premieres . As such, the Nicolas Cage-starring Renfield movie will begin streaming on Peacock no later than August 14, 2023. However, the 2023 Dracula film is expected to hit the streaming service long before August, as Renfield will most likely start streaming on Peacock in June.
Some recent 2023 Universal hits like M3GAN, Knock at the Cabin, and Cocaine Bear began streaming on Peacock within 49 days of their theatrical releases. For example, Cocaine Bear hit theaters on February 24 and is scheduled to stream on Peacock starting April 14. If Universal’s newest horror-comedy follows the same release strategy, then Renfield could begin streaming on Peacock as early as June 2, 2023.
Where To Stream Other Dracula Movies Before Renfield While Universal is the home studio to several classic Dracula movies before Renfield, they’re not all available on Peacock’s subscription streaming service. Rather, only Dan Curtis’ Dracula and Dracula’s Widow can be streamed on Peacock. Meanwhile, Dracula Untold , Hotel Transylvania , and Hotel Transylvania 2 are available to stream on Netflix.
