Premier League 2023/24 season start date revealed with fixture release date confirmed
After the players take a well-earned break over the next couple of months, a huge pre-season will begin and the 2023/24 campaign will then get underway.The 2023/24 Premier League season will begin on Saturday, August 12.
This start is one week later than the 2022/23 season, with the schedule returning to normal following the World Cup's disruption last campaign.How Leicester went from Premier League and FA Cup glory to sleepwalking into relegation However, a winter break for players will return between January 13 and 20 after a busy Christmas period.
During that period, the Premier League has committed to help out clubs and players with the usual fixture congestion by having no two rounds of fixtures taking place within 48 hours of each other.All games will kick-off at the same time, just as this season's final day games took place.
