When parents behave badly, should children become whistle-blowers?

. The one where celebrities and super wealthy parents paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to get their kids into places like Yale, USC and where else? Were they aware of their parents’ fraud schemes? Did they know what their parents were up to?

As I reflect on my college application days, I recall very little parent involvement. Both my parents were educators; my father was a college president and Ph.D. holder, and my mother was a guidance school counselor. Of course, they reviewed my application, checking for typing errors and clarity, but I did the final sign-off.which reported that many students were unaware of what their parents were doing.
