Texas -based Whataburger sued a small restaurant group in North Carolina on Tuesday for using a similar name — “ What-A-Burger #13.” While the name has a few stylistic differences, according to Whataburger executives, it’s similar enough to warrant filing a lawsuit claiming What-A-Burger #13 infringed on a federal trademark.
