, Timberlake had dinner with some friends at a Sag Harbor hotel and left around 12:30 a.m., but was pulled over shortly after getting into his car. No charges have been announced, but a Sag Harbor Justice Court representative reportedly toldthat Timberlake is facing DWI-related charges. He was still in custody at the station as of Tuesday morning, according to, and is set to appear in court later on Tuesday. The Cut has reached out to the Sag Harbor Police Department for more info.
