On Monday night, Reddit user u/RepTomCraddick asked on the"Oh, definitely Culebra outside 1604," one person responded to the question."What type of hell is this?"in car crashes on Clubrea than on any other street in the city. Forty-eight of the 700 fatal crashes that have happened in San Antonio have occurred on Culebra.
Among the complaints about Culebra Road, which runs from the West Side to the far West Side is the traffic. One person said the road's intersection with Loop 1604 can add as much as"30 minutes" to a trip. One person described Culebra as"absolutely awful" at any time of day. Other far West Side streets that received vitriol included Shaenfiled Road in the Alamo Ranch neighborhood, as well as Rue and Dezavala on the Northwest Side. Bandera Road is another unpopular San Antonio road.
"The literal worst," user"itsavibe-" wrote of Dezavala."I refuse to take that damn road unless it’s some off-the-wall hour within the day. The best, people making left turns and getting stuck in the middle of the intersections… resulting in even more traffic for offshoot roads. A lost cause, that road is."
